This year's convention features a great mixture of instructors and topics. Some of your favorite teachers, and also new talents will present techniques using buttercream, fondant, gumpaste, airbrushing, stenciling, cookie decorating, chocolate, candy making, string work, blown sugar and more. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced artist, the hands-on classes and demos will provide new ideas, concepts and tips for you to be even more successful in the industry.
Each day will bring an assortment of demonstrations. Each demo runs approximately one hour and gives you a wide overview of many techniques given by some of the best in the business. Each registrant is allowed to choose and pay for up to eight demos at the time of registration. Additional demo tickets are available on-site. Stand-by tickets for demonstrations are also available, and admit you to a demo that has extra spaces once the confirmed ticket holders have arrived. A stand-by demo ticket does not guarantee you a space for a demo, whereas a confirmed ticket will have your assigned seat number listed on it.
